Office Assistant

The office assistant provides a supporting role to the office manager position and is focused on accounts receivable tasks, office filing and general office organization tasks.

Position: This full time, long term position. M-F 9:00am-4:00pm

Compensation: Hourly rate TBD

Responsibilities Include

  • Office Filing
  • Closing of service tickets for billing purposes
  • Creating invoices in Quickbooks, invoicing customers and processing payments
  • Entering all receipts into Quickbooks
  • Paying and/or scheduling payment of bills
  • Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets for various purposes
  • Greeting customers and explaining our repair services and costs
  • Ordering supplies/hardware for technicians from various vendors.
  • Assist with various other office duties when needed


  • High School Diploma
  • Typing skills
  • Must be a quick learner
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus
  • Knowledge of Excel a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of all social media platforms is a plus
