Office Assistant
The office assistant provides a supporting role to the office manager position and is focused on accounts receivable tasks, office filing and general office organization tasks.
Position: This full time, long term position. M-F 9:00am-4:00pm
Compensation: Hourly rate TBD
Responsibilities Include
- Office Filing
- Closing of service tickets for billing purposes
- Creating invoices in Quickbooks, invoicing customers and processing payments
- Entering all receipts into Quickbooks
- Paying and/or scheduling payment of bills
- Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets for various purposes
- Greeting customers and explaining our repair services and costs
- Ordering supplies/hardware for technicians from various vendors.
- Assist with various other office duties when needed

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Typing skills
- Must be a quick learner
- Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus
- Knowledge of Excel a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service
- Knowledge of all social media platforms is a plus
